摘要
[目的]探讨形象化健康教育模式对乳腺癌术后病人短期生活质量的影响。[方法]将52例乳腺癌改良根治术后病人随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组病人采用形象化健康教育模式,对照组病人采用传统护理方法,使用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的生活质量核心量表(EORTC-C30)V3.0中文版分别对两组病人入院时、出院后3个月的生活质量进行评分。[结果]出院后3个月观察组病人躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能和总体健康状况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]形象化健康教育模式较传统护理方式可提高乳腺癌术后病人的短期生活质量。
Objective:To probe into the influence of visualized health education model on short-term quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation.Methods:A total of 52 breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into test and control group.Patients of test group accepted visualized health education model.Patients of control group accepted traditional nursing care.Then quality of life of all patients were evaluated by 3.0 Chinese version of EORTC-C30 on admission and three months after discharge respectively.Results:In terms of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and overall health state,patients in test group at 3 months after discharge were superior to those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The visualized health education model could improve short-term quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation.
