摘要
[目的]探讨实验教学方法改革的效果。[方法]随机选择2009级护理大专班5班学生为实验组,9班学生为对照组。实验组根据实验内容分别采用到临床病房或实验室与临床病房相结合的方法进行实验教学,对照组采用传统的实验室教学方法。[结果]实验组健康评估技能考核成绩与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且81.54%学生支持实行新教学方法,而对照组学生则对传统教授法持保留态度,49.23%选择"说不清"。[结论]改革后的实验教学方法效果优于传统教学方法,能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的健康评估能力。
Objective:To probe into the effect of the reform of experimental teaching method.Methods:Nursing students of class 5 of grade 2009 were randomly selected as test group.And nursing students of class 9 of the same grade were selected as control group.Students of test group accepted respectively adopted experimental teaching in clinical wards or in laboratory combined with clinical ward based on the experimental contents.However,students of control group accepted the traditional way of laboratory teaching.Results:There was statistical significant difference in terms of skills test results of health assessment between the two group students(P〈0.05).And 81.54% of students supported the new teaching methods.However,Students of control group kept reservation attitude toward the traditional way of teaching.And 49.23% of students selected "can not tell clearly".Conclusion:The effect of experimental teaching after the reform is superior to the traditional way of teaching,and it can stimulate students' interest in learning and enhance the health assessment ability of students.
