口腔内科实习护士的教学管理 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探索口腔内科实习的标准化教学方案和具体实施方法。[方法]临床实习教学按照标准化教学方案组织实施,采用课堂教学后见习、护理临床实习专题小讲课、专科护理随诊指导、专科护理操作演练等方法。[结果]通过多年教学,形成了较为完善的口腔内科实习标准化教学方案和具体实施方法,具有科学性、可操作性和良好的教学效果。[结论]标准化教学方案有助于提高口腔内科实习质量。
