摘要
模拟工业实际生产工艺,在反应液中用筛析法对二季戊四醇进行结晶动力学研究,二季戊四醇成核速率为3.32×10^6h-1;晶体生长速率为6.51μm/h;晶核密度为5.10×10^5μm-1。为制备二季戊四醇提供了动力学理论依据。
Crystal kinetics have been studyed by sieve separating after synthetic depentaerythritol salution wich was produced in tradional craftwork was condensed, nucleation rate of depentaerythritol is 3.32×10^6h-1, crystal growth rate of depentaerythritol is 6.51 μm/h, density of crystal nucleus of depentaerythritol is 5.10×10^5μm-1. It provides theory of crystal kinetics of depentaerythritol industry produce.
