摘要
合作教育是美国高校成功的一种工程人才培养模式。分析美国合作教育的典范高校——凯特林大学独特的工程人才培养模式,从延伸办学边界、更新教育理念和改革教学模式等方面,对我国高校工程人才培养模式改革提出了建议。
Co-op education is a successful engineering education model in American higher education. Kettering University is one of America＇s best colleges for its most advanced co-op education program. Based on discussing the unique education model of Kettering University, some advice on building the engineering education model is put forward for Chinese universities in respects of extending the boundary of university, renewing educational ideal and reforming teaching model.
