东汽PLM系统的实施策略研究

A Research on the Tactics to Enforce PLM System in Dongfang Turbine Co.Ltd.

本文结合PLM项目在东汽公司的实施，阐述了PLM的基本理念、具体内容和实施应用的策略，梳理了东汽公司作为离散型装备制造企业的研发、技术、生产和管理特点，总结了PLM系统在公司实施的重点和难点，着重分析了公司在PLM项目定制开发、推广应用过程中遇到的具体问题，提出了解决和落实PLM项目实施的方案及达到的效果。

Through the enforcement of the PLM project in Dongfang Turbine Co. Ltd, this paper illustrates the basic idea, concrete context and enforcement tactics of PLM. It also sorts out the following features of the discrete enterprises of equipment manufacturing： research and development, technology, production and management. This paper also sums up the major and difficult aspects to enforce the PLM system in the company, especially analyzes the problems the company met in the custom made, popularization and application of the PLM system, puts forward the plan to solve and make sure the project and the future-to-be result.
