ISO9000族标准在我国得到广泛的推广和应用，《质量认证体系》课程的开设紧密结合社会需求。本文从“以顾客为关注焦点、领导作用、与顾客沟通、基于事实的决策、开放式作业”五个角度入手，阐述了在“1221”的教学模式下如何在质量认证体系课程中开展案例教学工作。

ISO 9000 family of standards ISO is widely promoted and applied in our country.To open thecourse of ＂the System of Quality Certification＂ closely meets thedemands of the society. From such five points as concerning central issues, leaders ＇ role, communication with the customers, policies made through the truth and opening operation, this paper illustrates how to carry out case teaching in the course of the system of quality certification.
