摘要
律师的执业风险可分为安全风险、责任风险和准风险。律师执业风险的产生,既有立法的原因,也有实践中管理疏忽和律师自身等原因。防范律师执业风险,应加强和完善立法,充分发挥管理部门的职能,建立律师执业责任保险制。此外,律师也应努力提升自身素质。
The lawyers' professional risks include security risk,liability risk and other potential risks.The causes of lawyers' professional risks are related to legislation,management negligence in practice and lawyers themselves,etc.In order to prevent the risks,we should strengthen and perfect legislation,give full play to the functions of administration sections and establish lawyers' professional liability insurance system.In addition,lawyers should try to improve their own qualities and abilities.
