中小学校框架结构抗震鉴定及加固实践总结

Experience and Summary on Seismic Appraisal and Strengthening of Frame Structure Buildings in Primary and High Schools

本文通过2010年我公司对学校既有建筑框架结构抗震鉴定及加固实践,总结了这类结构不满足抗震要求的主要原因,存在的结构缺欠及抗震性能的整体综合评价。对保证学校既有框架结构房屋后续安全使用的应对措施和改造加固方案的选取原则等问题进行了论述。可供中小学既有建筑框架结构房屋鉴定加固借鉴及参考。

Through our company＇s seismic evaluation and retrofitting practices of frame str ucture of the existing school buildings in 2010,the reasons that the frame stru cture don′t meet the seismic requirements,the existing structural′s deficienc y and the comprehensive evaluation of the seismic performance are summarized in this paper.The measures to guarantee the security of existing and continuing for the school buildings,the selection principle of reinforcement and transformat ion plan are discussed.The result provide a reference to seismic evaluation and retrofitting practices of frame structure buildings in primary and high schools.
