腹型过敏性紫癜反复被误诊1例并相关文献复习

A Case Report of Henoch Purpura with Literature Review

目的:探讨腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特点及常见误诊原因,以提高对此病的认识。方法:使用CNKI检索,以腹型过敏性紫癜和误诊为关键词,检索2000-2010年文献11篇,进行回顾性分析,总结并分析误诊原因。并附1例合并败血症的反复被误诊的腹型过敏性紫癜报道。结果:文献11篇共报道了439例腹型过敏性紫癜,被误诊143例,误诊率达到为32.6%。结论:腹型过敏性紫癜临床表现复杂多变,容易造成误诊,通过结合该病的临床特点,并注意防止可能导致误诊的原因,可早期诊断,及时治疗,改善预后。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features of henoch anaphylactoid purpura and analyze the causes of misdiagnosis so as to get better understanding of the disease.Methods：One case of Henoch anaphylactoid purpura which was repeatedly misdiagnosed was reported.An electronic database searching was performed on CNKI（2000-2010）with the keywords ＂Henoch anaphylactoid purpura＂and＂misdiagnosis＂.The causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed.Results：11 case series involving 439 patients with Henoch anaphylactoid purpura were included,of which 143（32.6%）patients were misdiagnosed,and the rate of misdiagnosis was 32.6%.Conclusion：Henoch anaphy lactoidpurpura is a disease of variable manifestations and proned to be misdiagnosed.It would be beneficial for early diagnosis and management of the disease to understand the causes of misdiagnosis.
