摘要
项目沟通几乎贯穿项目的整个生命周期,并占据项目经理75%以上时间。笔者将结合自身的案例经验,讨论项目沟通管理的重要性,沟通管理的方法原则等。
Project communication is almost throughout the whole project life-cycle, and occupies most of project manager＇ s time, nearly up to more than 75%. The article discusses the importance of project communication management, and principles, methods relative to the subject, while the practical experience is also consulted.
