摘要
当下在我国高等教育从外延式发展向内涵式发展的转变过程中,存在高校后勤人员传统观念固化、激励机制不完善等诸多问题应该合理依托高校智力资源,创新体制机制,建设一支高校智力型后勤管理服务队伍,以巩固高校后勤改革成果,推动高校后勤社会化改革进程,实现后勤服务保障体系的"三化"转型。
While higher education is undergoing a change from external development to internal maintenance, university rear service is faced with many problems such as conservative staff and poor incentive mechanism. With university' s intellectual resources and innovation system, the author holds the belief that intelligent staff development should be conducted in the university rear ser- vice to consolidate achievements of rear service reform, promote rear service socialization and realize "Three Transitions" for logistic support.
