摘要 “如果苏宁最近打算在北京新开一家店,所需要的员工数量可能会达到几十人甚至上百人,一旦没有人那后果是难以想象的,机会可能马上会被国美电器抢占。”作为科锐国际招聘流程外包的总监,张明深知人才储备的重要性。他服务的客户包括联想、华为、宝洁等国内外大中型公司,之前他会经常派招聘顾问去各种招聘现场或在高校举行专场招聘会,获得源源不断的人才,以应对这些公司对员工的需求。
