摘要
本文利用氨气敏电极-动力学法测定了33种我国常见豆类及果、蔬种籽中脲酶的分布,发现其中脲酶活性较高的有刀豆、徐州毛豆、豌豆、青豆、黄豆及新澄一号和苏密一号西瓜籽等7种。它们的脲酶相对活性次序为刀豆>徐州毛豆、新澄一号西瓜籽>豌豆、青豆、苏密一号西瓜籽及黄豆。
In this paper the distribution of urease in 33 domestic plant seeds was investigated by ammonia gas sensing electrode method. It was found that besides Jack bean and soya bean, Xuzhou young soyabean, green soyabean,pea and the seeds of Sumi-1 and Xincheng-1 water melon also show sig-nificient urease acitivity of which the order is as follows:white Jack been >Xuzhou young soya bean, seed of Xincheng-1 water melon>pea, green
soya bean, soya bean and seed of Sumi-1 water melon.
