目的探索下肢慢性静脉功能不全临床护理路径模式。方法自2010年1～12月我院收治单侧CVI(n=82)为对照组,自2011年1～6月收治单侧CVI(n=46)例为实验组。结果术前住院天数、术后住院天数、总住院天数、住院费用两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径是一种高质量、低消耗的护理方式。

Objective TO explore chronic venous insufficiency clinical care path mode.Methods From January 2010 to December unilateral CVI of patients in our hospital（n=82） for the control group,between January 2010 and December unilateral CVI of patients in our hospital（n=82） for the control group,From January 2011 to July unilateral CVI of patients in our hospital（n=46） for the experimental group.Results Preoperative hospital stay,postoperative hospital stay,total hospital days,hospital costs were statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions Clinical care path is a high-quality,low consumption of care approach.
