摘要
自薄盖灵芝Ganoderma capense(Lloyd)Teng发酵的菌丝体中得到三个新的生物碱,分别为灵芝碱甲(ganoine,Ⅰ)、灵芝碱乙(ganodine,Ⅱ)和灵芝嘌呤(ganoderpurine,Ⅲ),并根据它们的理化性质和光谱数据确定了其结构。
Two novel pyrrole alkaloids-ganoine and ganodine and a novel purine alkaloid ganoderpurine have been isolated from the mycelium of Ganoderma capense (Lloyd)Teng (Polyporaceae) obtained by submerged fermentation. On thebasis of spectroscopic data their structures were elucidated, ganoine is N-isopentyl-5-hydroxymethyl-pyrryl alldehyde. Ganodine is N-phenylethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-pyrryl aldehyde and ganoderpurine is N^9-(α,α dimethyl-γ-oxobutyl) adenine.
