摘要
教育系统是一个自组织系统。在教学系统中,学生、教师、教学内容、教学环境四个子系统相互依存、相互促进,构成了错综复杂的非线性关系,在这一复杂的关系中,可以形成3个层次10个教学行为关系。从自组织理论的视角来看,教学系统的开放性是教学系统演变与发展的前提,教学系统远离平衡态是教学系统演变与发展的起点,教学系统各要素之间的非线性作用是教学系统演变与发展的机制。同时,教学系统的演变与发展遵循一定的模式,学生的发展与变化是教学系统演变与发展的序参量,该序参量对于教学系统的演变与发展以及教学系统从无序走向有序具有重要的意义。
Teaching system is a self-organization system where four sub-systems, i.e. students, teachers, teachingcontent and teaching environment depend on each other and promote each other, forming a complicated and non-linearrelationship. In this complicated relationship exist 10 teaching behavior relationships with 3 layers, From tlae perspective of self-organization theory, openness is the premise of the evolution and development of teaching system,being far away from balance is its starting point and the non-linear function among elements is its mechanism. Meanwhile, the evolution and development of teaching system follows a certain model with students' development and change being the order parameters which are of great significance for the evolution and development of teaching systemand its change from the disorder to the order.
