摘要
实行绩效管理是我国高校在资源约束的条件下实现最优发展的理性选择。我国高校绩效管理研究经历了萌芽阶段、起步阶段、快速增长并趋于稳定阶段共三个阶段。其研究内容主要集中在教师绩效管理、财务绩效管理、行政绩效管理和基本理论研究等方面,科研绩效管理、绩效管理方法的研究、绩效管理体系的构建、人才培养绩效管理以及国外高校绩效管理研究也有所涉及。从文献来源来看,有关高校绩效管理的文献资料都处在较为稳定的时期,研究的连贯性较强;从作者群体来看,高校绩效管理研究还没有形成较为稳定的研究群体,研究者大多没有形成稳定的研究兴趣。展望我国高校绩效管理的未来研究趋势,基础理论研究将更加受重视,战略性绩效管理将会成为研究的一个热点,研究主体将会更加多元并逐渐形成稳定的作者群来引领研究的方向。
Performance management is the rational choice for colleges and universities in China to achieve theoptimal development under the condition of resource restriction. The research into performance management in the colleges and universities of China has undergone three stages: infancy, beginning, rapid development and then stability. In content, it mainly includes management of teachers' performance, management of financial performance, management of administrative performance and basic theories. Besides, it also involves the management of scientific research performance, methods of performance management, construction of performance management theory, management of talent-training performance and performance management in the colleges and universities abroad. In terms of the sources, literature concerning the performance management in colleges and universities is all in the stable stage with strong coherence of research. As for the researchers, there hasn't been a steady group and most researchers haven't developed a steady interest in the research area. Looking forward to the research trend, we can see that more attention will be paid to basic theory research, strategic performance management will become a hot topic and research subjects will become more various and gradually become steady research groups who will direct the research.
