摘要
椴树属(Tilia L.)树种种子普遍具有休眠特性,给育苗生产带来了一定的困难,破除其休眠及提高种子萌发率的研究,对该物种种质的保存及可持续利用等具有重要意义。从被覆物的存在、抑制物质的存在、胚的发育状况,对椴树属树种种子休眠原因的研究进展进行综述,针对其休眠特性,指出提高其萌发率方法有层积处理、化学物质处理、胚的培养等,以期为椴树属树种种子休眠解除进一步研究,及椴树属树种产业的健康可持续发展的科学合理利用提供参考。
Dormancy exists commonly in the Tilia L., which made it difficult in seedling production. The methods of dormancy breaking and seed germination enhancement had great significance for plant germplasm conservation and sustainable utilization. The existence of seedcoat, inhibitor, and development of embryo on seed dormancy were reviewed in this paper. On the basis of that, the methods of increasing seed germination rate included stratifying treatments, chemical methods treatments and embryo culture. It would be useful for future research in this field and the sustainable development of Tilia L. industry scientifically and rationally.
