埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎92例

Esomeprazole combined with mosapride in treatment of reflux esophagitis in 92 cases

目的探讨埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法经内镜检查确诊为反流性食管炎的92例患者根据用药方法随机分为埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利组（观察组）；法莫替丁联合莫沙比利组（对照组）各46例，观察组口服埃索美拉唑20mg，2次／d，莫沙比利5mg，3次／d；对照组口服法莫替丁20mg，2次／d，莫沙比利5mg，3次／d。两组疗程均为6周，停药后复查胃镜，观察镜下治愈率，并记录症状改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗6周后，观察组、对照组的症状改善总有效率分别为97．83％、78．26％。两组间相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论埃索美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎，有较高的治愈率和症状改善率，不良反应少，临床疗效明显优于法莫替丁联合莫沙比利。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with mosapride on treating reflux esophagitis. Methods Firstly, the 92 patients who were diagnosed as reflux esophagitis were divided into two groups randomly. One was the observation group which treated by emeprazole and mosapride （ n = 46 ）, the other was the control group which treated by famotidine and mosapride （ n = 46 ）. Secondly, the patients in observation group were： given 20 mg esomeprazole twice a day and 5 mg mosapride three times a day for oral administration while the control group were prescribed to take 20 mg famotidine twice a day and 5 mg mosapride three times a day also for oral administration. The course of both treatments was 6 weeks. Finally, after the treatment, all patients were checked by gastroscope after which the cure rate was examined. Both the improvement of symptoms and adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment of six weeks, the total effect rate of improvement was 97.83% for observation group and 78.26% for control group. Obvious differents can be found by comparation of the two groups. Conclusions On treating reflux esophagitis, the combination of esomeprazole and mosapride shows higher cure rate and improvement rate, as well as fewer diverse reactions. Obiviously, the clinical effect of the combination of esomeprazole and mosapride is much better than that of famotidine and mosapride.
