黄芪注射液对心力衰竭患者脑钠肽水平的影响 被引量:1

Effect of astragalus injection on plasma BNP levels of patients with heart failure

摘要 目的观察不同剂量黄芪注射液对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响,间接评价其对心力衰竭(心衰)的治疗作用。方法将入选的90例患者随机分为三组(对照组、20ml黄芪组、40ml黄芪组)。入院后三组均常规抗心衰治疗,不同剂量黄芪注射液组在常规治疗基础上加用不同剂量黄芪注射液,治疗2周,酶联免疫吸附实验法测定血浆BNP水平。结果20ml黄芪组总有效率为90.0%,40ml黄芪组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%。不同剂量黄芪组总有效率优于对照组(P〈0.05);不同剂量黄芪组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。治疗后三组血浆BNP水平均较治疗前有明显下降(P〈0.05);心率、血压、左室射血分数、心排血量及心脏指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在常规抗心力衰竭药物的基础上加用黄芪能降低血浆BNP水平,明显改善心功能,黄芪对心力衰竭有一定的治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effect of the different doses of astragalus injection on plas- ma BNP levels, indirectly evaluate the rest of the treatment of heart failure. Methods Ninety patients were randomly selected into three groups (control group, 20 ml astragalus group, 40 ml astragalus group). After admission, three group were receiving conventional therapy. Astragalus group was in the conventional treatment based on the use of different doses of astragalus injection, the treatment for two weeks, enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay method for the determination of plasma BNP levels. Results The total effective rate in 20 ml astragalus group was 90%, in 40 ml astragalus group was 96.7%, in control group was 86.7%. Different doses of astragalus total effective rate was better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there was significant difference between groups with different doses of astragalus ( P 〈 0.05 ). The plasma BNP levels of the three groups after treatment than betbre treatment was decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05) ; To compare heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index (CI) of the three groups has significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Plus astragalus injection to the conventional anti -heart failure drugs can lower plasma BNP levels, significantly improved cardiac function, astragalus rest of heart fail- ure have a therapeutic effect.
