肝动脉灌注栓塞化疗联合艾迪介入治疗中晚期肝癌患者的临床疗效

Interventional treatment of TACE and Aidi in advanced liver cancer patients

目的探讨采用肝动脉灌注栓塞化疗（TACE）联合艾迪介入治疗中晚期肝癌患者的疗效。方法对照组单纯采用TACE介入治疗，研究组在TACE基础上联合艾迪静脉滴注治疗，观察两组患者疗效。结果研究组临床获益率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组生活质量明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用TACE联合艾迪注射液介入治疗中晚期肝癌疗效显著，能够提高患者生活质量，且对患者免疫力的提高以及抑制新肿瘤血管的生长具有良好效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect with interventional treatment of TACE and Aidi in advanced liver cancer patients. Methods The patients in control group were only treated with TACE, and the patients in study group were treated with TACE and Aidi. Then to observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The clinical benefit rate and the life quality of patients in study group were significantly better than patients in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The treatment of TA- CE and Aidi has significant effect in advanced liver cancer. The treatment can improve the life quality, the immunity, and control the new tumor blood vessels growing.
