中医临床路径在桡骨远端骨折患者健康教育中的应用研究

Traditional Chinese medicine clinical pathway in the distal radius fracture patients in the research on the application of the health education

目的探讨中医临床路径在桡骨远端骨折患者的健康教育中的应用效果。方法随机抽取100例(分为试验组与对照两组)桡骨远端骨折患者,收集、整理、分析资料。结果通过对比分析,进入中医临床路径组患者住院天数缩短、费用明显降低、并发症发生率明显减少、满意度明显增加。结论中医临床路径在桡骨远端骨折患者的健康教育中的应用效果好,可以提高护理质量与护理满意度,从而促进患者早日康复,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical pathway in traditional Chinese medicine distal radius fracture patients in the education of the healthy application effect.Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two experimental and control（group） distal radius fracture patients,collecting,sorting and analyzing data.Results Through the contrast analysis,traditional Chinese medicine clinical pathway group into the patient in the days shorten,significantly lower cost and complication rate significantly reduced,satisfaction increased obviously.Conclusion The clinical pathway in the distal radial fractures of the application of health education with good effect,can improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction,so as to promote patients recover soon,it＇s worth in clinical application.
