摘要
目的:探讨化痰通腑汤配合常规治疗法治疗中风急性期的临床效果。方法:观察组44例在对照组基础上加用化痰通腑汤加减治疗。结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为93.2%和79.5%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通腑汤可通腑化瘀,活血通络。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of treating acute phase of stroke in Huatan Tongfu decoction plus conventional therapy.Methods：Based on control group,observation group for 44 cases in applying Huatan Tongfu decoction.Results：The total effective rates in observation group and control group were 93.2%and 79.5%,which difference had significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Huatan Tongfu decoction could Tongfu Huayu and Huoxue Tongluo.
