柴芍益气汤治疗急性重症胰腺炎37例临床分析

Clinical analysis for treating 37 cases of severe acute pancreatitis with Chaishao Yiqi decoction

目的:观察柴芍益气汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床效果。方法:对照组(34例)给予常规内科综合治疗,治疗组(37例)在对照组基础上加用柴芍益气汤。结果:2组患者总有效率分别为94.6%和79.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍益气汤配合常规西医治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating severe acute pancreatitis with Chaishao Yiqi decoction.Methods：The control group（34 cases）were given regular medical treatment,and the treatment group（37 cases）were added Chaishao Yiqi decoction based on the control group.Results：The total effective rates of two groups were respectively 94.6%and 79.5%,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of treating severe acute pancreatitis was exactly curative with Chaishao Yiqi decoction plus conventional western medicine was exactly curative.
