针刺配合中药治疗中老年女性退行性腰椎滑脱症

Treating middle-aged women degenerative spondylolisthesis by acupuncture plus TCM

目的:观察以针刺配合中药治疗中老年女性退行性腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法:将44例中老年女性退行性腰椎滑脱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例,治疗组针刺腰阳关、环跳、阳陵泉、委中、承山等穴位,每天1次,并配合口服中成药参茸延龄片,每次4片,每天3次,5天为一疗程。对照组单纯口服西药布洛芬、维生素B1片,腺苷钴胺片,每次各2片,每天3次,5天为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.9%(20/22),对照组总有效率63.8%(14/22)(P<0.01)。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刺配合中药治疗中老年女性退行性腰椎滑脱症具有明显的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating middle-aged women degenerative spondylolisthesis by acupuncture plus TCM.Methods：Randomly divided 44 cases into treatment group and control group,each group with 22 cases,the treatment group treated by acupuncture Yaoyang Guan,Huantiao,Yangling Quan,Weizhong,Chengshan and other points,once per day,and cooperate with Shenrong Yanling pills,3 times a day and each time take 4 pills,5 days as a course.The control group treated with ibuprofen,vitamin B1 pill,cobamamide tablets,3 times a day and each time take 2 pills,5 days as a course.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.9%（20/22）,while the total effective rate of control group was 63.8%（14/22）（P0.01）.The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group.Conclusion：Treating middle-aged women degenerative spondylolisthesis by acupuncture plus TCM has obvious clinical curative effect.
