谈谈我院开展人性化药学服务的新举措——药物咨询门诊的体会

Talking on the new initiatives that carrying on personalized medicine services in our hospital——the experience for drug counseling outpatient

目的:开展医院药物咨询门诊,促进合理安全用药。方法:对开展实现人性化药学服务的新模式药物咨询门诊进行探讨。结果:针对我院药物咨询门诊开展以来的工作情况提出工作中的问题及建议。结论:药物咨询门诊是实现药学服务的直接有效途径。

Objective：To carry out the hospital drug counseling outpatient,promoting reasonable and safe medication.Methods：Observing the development of new models of drug counseling outpatient for achieving personalized medicine services.Result：put forward work-related problems and suggestions according to the working conditions from the development of drug counseling outpatient.Conclusion：Drug counseling outpatient is the direct and effective way to achieve pharmacy services.
