督灸治疗慢型阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical effects observation on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in governor moxibustion

目的:探讨督灸对慢型阻塞性肺疾病的治疗作用。方法:将符合选择标准的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加予督灸治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,3个月为1个疗程。结果:两组患者疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、胸闷、气短症状较治疗前均明显减轻(P<0.01),气喘、胸闷也有所改善(P<0.05),而在咳嗽、咳痰症状改善程度上观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),在气喘、胸闷、气短症状改善程度上观察组也优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后FEV1/FVC及FEV1的百分比均明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比,观察组在治疗后FEV1/FVC及FEV1的百分比升高明显(P<0.05)。结论:督灸疗法能使COPD患者肺功能和临床症状能明显的改善,取得很好疗效。

Objective：To explore effects of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in governor moxibustion.Methods： Patients met the selection criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group applying conventional therapy,based on that,observation group applying governor moxibustion,for 3 months as a course.Results：Compared the effect of two groups,which had obviously different（P〈0.01）.Cough,sputum,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness symptoms were significantly reduced after the treatment than before（P〈0.01）,wheezing,chest tightness,also improved（P〈0.05）,while at cough,sputum degree of symptom improvement side,observation group was better than control group（P〈0.01）,and at wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath on the degree of symptom improvement side,observation group was also better than control group（P〈0.05）.The percentage of FEV1/FVC and FEV1 in observation group was obviously increased before and after the treatment（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,which also increased when it compared with control group after the treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Governor moxibustion therapy could improve lung function and clinical symptoms of COPD patients,which achieved a better effect.
