百合固金汤加味治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

Clinical study on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer with Baihe Gujin dcoction

目的:研究百合固金汤在联合西医治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌方面的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的患者分成两组,每组50例。给予对照组常规手术、放化疗及对症支持治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用百合固金汤,并针对治疗过程中出现的症状进行加减。结果:在总疗效方面,治疗组总疗效(缓解率为56.00%)优于对照组(缓解率为36.00%)(P<0.05);在中医症候变化方面,治疗组治疗有效率(82.00%)明显高于对照组(54.00%)(P<0.01);在两组患者放化疗完成程度及副反应发生情况方面,治疗组治疗改善率(94.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌基础上,加用百合固金汤加味能够提高治疗总疗效,改善中医症候,使得放化疗得以顺利完成并且减少放化疗过程中副反应的发生几率及程度。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer with Baihe Gujin decoction. Methods：Divided 100 cases into two groups,each group with 50 cases.The control group treated with conventional surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,symptomatic supportive treatment,while the treatment group treated with Baihe Gujin decoction on the basement of control group.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group（56.00%）was higher than the control group（36.00%）,（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of treatment group（82.00%）was higher than the control group（54.00%）,（P〈0.01）,the improvement rate of treatment group （94.00%）was higher than the control group（80.00%）,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer with Baihe Gujin decoction base on conventional treatment can improve the total effective rate and TCM symptoms.
