健脾益肾补血法对肺癌化疗者血小板的影响观察与分析

Effect observation and analysis of Jianpi Yishen Buxue methods to the platelet of lung cancer chemotherapy patients

目的:观察与分析健脾益肾补血法对肺癌化疗者血小板的影响作用。方法:选取120例肺癌化疗者且将其分为两组,即中药加化疗组(观察组)以及化疗组(对照组),每组60例,同时给予两组患者相应治疗方法且对所有患者血小板水平、血小板恢复时间和体积等进行观察与相关数据记录、分析。结果:观察组患者在化疗期间血小板水平、血小板开始恢复时间和体检均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾补血法和通补三升汤在改善化疗者血小板减少方面效果显著。

Objective：To observe and analyze the effect of Jianpi Yishen Buxue methods to the platelet of lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods：Choosing 120 cases and randomly divided them into two groups,observation group（treated in TCM and chemotherapy）and control group（treated with chemotherapy）,each group with 60 cases,observed,recorded and analyzized the platelet levels,platelet recovery time and volume of two groups patients.Results：All of the platelet recovery situation of observation group were better than control group’s（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Improving platelet situation of patients with chemotherapy through Jianpi Yishen Buxue methods and Tongbu Sansheng decoction can make a better effect.
