益肾固摄汤联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical research on treating diabetic nephropathy in Yishen Gushe decoction plus Western medicine

目的:观察益肾固摄汤治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将86例DN患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,对照组40例,对照组选用缬沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加益肾固摄汤。结果:治疗组显效率、总有效率、症状消失和改善率均高于对照组,结论:益肾固摄汤治疗DN效果明显。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating diabetic nephropathy（DN）in Yishen Gushe decoction.Methods：86 cases of DN were randomly divided into two groups for 46 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group,in which,control group applying valsartan,based on that,treatment group applying Yishen Gushe decoction.Results：It was higher than control group that markedly rate,total rate,symptoms disappeared and improved rate in control group.Conclusion：Treating DN with Yishen Gushe decoction had obviously effect.
