丹参川穹注射液治疗儿童过敏性紫癜35例分析

Analysis of treating 35 cases of henoch purpura with Danshen Chuanxiong injection

目的:观察分析丹参川穹注射液治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法:丹参川穹注射液,维生素C,10%葡萄糖酸钙静滴;伴有感染者加用抗生素;并口服氯苯那敏,疗程2～3周后分析疗效。结果:本组35例,3周后均治愈,随访12个月复发2例。结论:过敏性紫癜,病因复杂,病理损害较重,丹参川穹注射液联合基础综合治疗,效果良好,值得基层医院借鉴。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating henoch purpura with Danshen Chuanxiong injection.Methods： Danshen Chuanxiong injection,Vitamin C,10%calcium gluconate infusion;the patients who associated with infection were added antibiotics,and chlorpheniramine for oral,analyze the effect after 2 to 3 weeks.Result：35 cases were cured after 3 weeks,follow-up of 12 months,recurrence in 2 cases.Conclusion：Henoch purpura,the cause was complex,pathological damage was severe,treating with Danshen Chuanxiong injection plus Based comprehensive treatment had good effect,was worthy of being learned by basic hospital.
