脾胃虚弱型慢性溃疡性结肠炎针刺治疗45例临床报告及分析

Clinical report and analysis on treating 45 cases of Piwei Xuruo type chronic ulcerative colitis in acupuncture

目的:探讨脾胃虚弱型慢性溃疡性结肠炎针刺治疗的有效穴位及治疗方法;方法:通过针刺天枢、大赫、足三里、上巨虚等穴位治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性溃疡性结肠炎45例;结果:临床痊愈12例(26.67%),基本缓解11例(24.44%),部分缓解18例(40%),无效4例(8.89%),总有效率为91.11%。结论:通过治疗认为针刺过程中穴位的先后顺序和腹部穴位应用平补平泻手法是影响疗效的关键,同时发现大赫穴是治疗该病的有效穴位,值得进一步观察和研究。

Objective：To explore the effective point and treatment methods of treating Piwei Xuruo type chronic ulcerative colitis in acupuncture.Methods：Treating 45%of Piwei Xuruo type chronic ulcerative colitis by needling Tianshu,Dahe,Zusan Li,Shangju Xu. Result：12 cases were cured（26.67%）,11 cases were relieved basically（24.44%）,18 cases were relieved partly（40%）,ineffective in 4 cases（8.89%）.Conclusion：Thinking that sequence of point and the application of Pingbu Pingxie technique on abdomen point is the key of affecting treatment,and fonud that Dahe point is the effective point of treating the disease,worthy of further observation and research.
