摘要
目的:分析比较肠内(EN)与肠外营养(PN)对机械通气病人的影响。方法:132例机械通气的病人按营养方式不同随机分为EN组(给予常规治疗+EN支持)和PN组(给予常规治疗+PN支持),每组各66例。观察病人治疗前后氮平衡、血清清蛋白、前清蛋白、免疫球蛋白、最大吸气压和病人主要脱机指数等指标。结果:EN组病人血清清蛋白、前清蛋白、IgA、IgG显著高于PN组(P<0.05)。最大吸气压、潮气量、呼吸频率等亦明显优于PN组(P<0.05)。结论:及时合理的肠内营养支持治疗有助于改善机械通气病人的免疫功能,提高综合治疗的疗效。
Objective: To evaluate the effection of different nutritional support treatment in patients with mechanical ventilation. Mthods:132 patients using mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group (EN) and parentaral nutrition group(PN). The changes serum levels of albumin, pre-albumin, immunoglobulin, maximum inspiratary pressure and index of ventilator weaning were observed. Results: Serum albumin, IgA, IgG and tidal volume were significantly higher in EN group than those in PN group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : In mechanical ventilated patients, timely and reasonable enteral nutrition support is helpful to improve the immune function and the whole treatment effectiveness.
