摘要 肿瘤细胞耐药的产生是导致肿瘤病人药物治疗失败的主要原因。研究表明,n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA)能增加肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,从而逆转肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的耐药性。这种作用可能通过脂质过氧化作用、诱导细胞凋亡、影响化疗药物的分布、抑制肿瘤新生血管和调节相关信号通路等机制来提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。 Drug resistance of tumor is the main reason of failure of Chemotherapy. n-3 PUFAs were demonstrated to increase chemosensitivity and reverse drug resistance. The mechanisms involved in lipid peroxidation, apoptosis, new distribution of drugs, tumor vascularization, and signal transduction.
