低渗、底水浅油层堵剂优选及矿场应用效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 针对FC区块长2低渗、底水浅油层的地质和开发特征,优选出了适合该区块的JK堵剂。其基本配方为:0.7%HPAM+0.3%酚类交联剂+5%醛类交联剂+固化剂+pH调节剂+0.08%低温诱导剂F+加重剂G;同时,设计出JK堵剂配套的堵水工艺技术。现场试验表明:JK堵剂具有较好的堵水选择性、油溶性和低温高强度的性质,矿场试验取得了很好的降水增油效果,两口堵水井平均含水下降57.2%,平均日增油量达0.8 t以上,堵水有效期也有了明显延长。 Aiming at the geology and development characteristics of Chang2 low-permeability and bottom-water shallow oil zone in FC block, this paper screened out the JK blocking agent that was favourable for the block. The basic recipe of this agent was 0.7 % hydropolyacrylamide plus 0.3 % polyphenols crosslinker plus 5 % aldehyde crosslinker plus curing agent plus pH conditioning agent plus 0.08 % microtherm inductive agent F plus weighting material G, meanwhile the supporting water blocking technique was designed for ]K blocking agent. The field test proved the performance of JK blocking agent including good water blocking selectivi- ty, oil solubility and high strength at low temperature, and obtained good results in cutting water content and increasing oil produc- tion with the example that the average water content of two water blocking wells dropped by 52.7 % and their average daily oil out- put increased over 0.8 t and the validity of water blocking term was also obviously prolonged.
