大疱性类天疱疮临床治疗分析

Clinical analysis on the treatment of bullous pemphigoid

目的探讨霉芬酸酯在大疱性类天疱疮治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年5月至2011年5月我院采用霉酚酸酯联合强的松治疗的42例大疱性类天疱疮患者的临床资料,并以同期采用雷公藤多甙和强的松治疗的42例患者为对照组,比较2组治疗效果和安全性。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论霉酚酸酯联合强的松治疗大疱性类天疱疮具有疗效确切,安全性高等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the Stevens mold acid ester in bullous class day blister boils treatment of application value.Methods Retrospective analysis in May 2010 to May 2011 by our mycophenolate mofetil joint prednisone treatment of 42 cases bullous class day blister boils the clinical data of patients,and with the more than the same period tripterygium wilfordii glucoside and prednisone treatment of 42 patients as control group,compared with two groups treatment effect and safety.Results Observation treatment group was better than control effect,comparative differences between groups are statistically significant（p0.05）,two groups of patients complication rate of comparative differences was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Mycophenolate mofetil joint prednisone treatment bullous class day blister boils definite effect,safety has the advantages of high,and clinical promotion.
