糖化血红蛋白在心脑血管疾病中的应用研究

摘要 目的讨论测定糖化血红蛋白(GHbAlc)在心脑血管疾病(急性脑梗死)中的应用价值。方法免疫透射比浊法,随机抽取我院80例急性脑梗死的患者,分成糖化血红蛋白升高组与正常组,入院后24~48h检查空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标,采用脑卒中量表(NIHSS),改良Ranking量表(mRs),格拉斯哥昏迷表(GCS)评分标准对患者的神经功能进行评价,比较2组间的评分。结果糖化血红蛋白升高组的患者的NIHSS,mRs的评分比糖化血红蛋白正常组的患者高很多,但GCS评分却明显低于正常组。结论糖化血红蛋白与心脑血管疾病(急性脑梗死脑卒中)有密切关系,通过控制糖化血红蛋白的水平能更好地预防心脑血管疾病。 Objective to discuss determination glycated hemoglobin (GHbAlc) in mind cerebrovascular disease (in acute cerebral infarction) application value.Methods immune transmission randomly than turbidity method, from 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction, into glycated hemoglobin rise, with normal group of 24~48 hours after admission examination fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin etc index, the stroke scale (NIHSS) scores, improved scale (mRs), just Glasgow coma table (GCS) score of patient neural function standard to evaluate compared between the two groups, the score.Results the elevated a1c of patients than NIHSS scores, mRs glycosylated hemoglobin normal group of patients, but much higher GCS score but obviously lower than that of normal. Conclusion glycated hemoglobin and disease of heart head blood-vessel (acute cerebral infarction stroke) have close relations, through the control glycated hemoglobin levels to better prevent disease of heart head blood-vessel.
