摘要
目的探讨股骨近端粉碎性骨折的手术方式及其临床疗效。方法回顾性分析35例股骨近端粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料。结果按髋关节骨折愈合标准,优31例(88.57%),良4例(11.43%)。结论蛇形解剖钢板治疗股骨近端严重粉碎性骨折具有操作简单、复位良好、固定牢靠、关节功能练习早、骨折愈合优良率高等优点,是治疗股骨近端严重粉碎性骨折较为理想的方法。值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore ways of proximal femoral fracture surgery and its clinical efficacy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of proximal femoral fractures in patients with clinical data.Results According to the standard hip fracture healing, excellent in 31 cases （88.57%）,good in 4 cases（11.43%）.Conclusion The treatment of snake anatomy of the proximal femur comminuted plate is simple,good reduction,stable fixation,early practice of joint function,excellent healing rate,etc.,is the treatment of severe comminuted fracture of the proximal femur ideal method.Worthy of clinical application.
