皮肤创伤在胚胎内外愈合过程中基因差异表达分析

目的了解在胚胎内外愈合过程中不同动物模型皮肤的基因表达差异,探讨基因表达差异的分布及来源。方法进行兔动物模型的建立并收集胎兔和成兔创伤后愈合皮肤,采用基因芯片技术进行检测。采用SPSS13.0统计分析软件进行分析。结果基因芯片检测结果显示,基因表达差异总数为132个。结论在胚胎内外愈合过程中动物模型不同皮肤的基因表达存在差异。
