谈优化ICU基础护理在改善护理服务中的作用

目的探讨和总结"以病人为中心、为病人提供标准化的全程优质服务"的理念,在创建优质护理服务及实现人文精神的整体回归中所起到的作用。方法完善和修订ICU的基础护理水平,以病人为中心,关心、呵护病人,加强基础护理操作技能的培训,强化基础护理意识及服务理念,对比优化基础护理流程及理念前后ICU中危重病人的院感发生率、抢救成功率以及家属、病人满意率。结果优化基础护理流程及理念后,可降低危重病人院感的发生率,提高抢救的成功率,提高家属、病人的满意率。结论优化基础护理流程、强化"以人为本"的护理理念,从而提高基础护理的质量,才能保证整体护理质量,从根本上改善护理服务,使患者得到最佳的照顾,提高患者的治愈率。

Objective To investigate and summarize the ＂patient-centered,standardized patients provide full service＂ concept, creating high--quality care and to achieve the overall return of the human spirit played a role. Methods To improve and amend the basic standard of care on ICU,patient--centered,care and Care of patients,strengthening the basic nursing skills training,awareness and services to strengthen the concept of primary care,compared to optimize the process and concept--based care in critically ill patients around the hospital ICU flu rates,success rate and their families,patient satisfaction rate. Results To optimize processes based care, may reduce the incidence of hospital infection in critically ill patients the rate of increase the success rate of rescue,raise families, patient satisfaction rate.Conclusion Optimization-based care processes,and strengthen the ＂people first＂ philosophy of care,improving the quality of basic care,to ensure the overall quality of care,to radically improve care so that patients receive the best care,improve patient cure rate.
