摘要
目的探讨UPPP术治疗OSAHS的远期疗效。方法随访132例OSAHS患者。结果 68例疗效显著,64例疗效欠佳,有效率51.5%。结论术前准确地判断呼吸暂停综合征的类型及上气道阻塞平面对术式的选择尤其重要。
Objective To study the longterm result of simple Uvulopalatophargngoplasty(UPPP).Methods 132 cases with OSAHS underwent UPPP were retrospectively studied.Results The curative effects were eutherapeutic in 68 cases,The symptom of 64 cases have not improved,the effective power is 51.5%.Conclusion It is very important to determine the collapse level of the upper airway before operation.
