内蒙古地区蒙古族原发性高血压与人类心钠素基因的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究人类心钠素(hANP)基因C2664G变异与内蒙古地区蒙古族原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法以人群为基础进行病例-对照研究,随机选取内蒙古牧区的蒙古族牧民650例(EH患者350例,正常血压300例),采用多聚酶链式反应法及限制性内切酶-片段长度多态性技术,进行hANP基因C2664G多态性检测,观察CC、GG和CG基因型频率以及该位点C、G不同等位基因频率在EH组和正常血压组中的分布。结果 CC、CG和GG基因型在EH组的分布频率为0.98、0.02和0,在正常血压组为0.99、0.01和0,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C和G等位基因频率在EH组中分别为0.98、0.02;在正常血压组中分别为0.99和0.01;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 hANP基因C2664G变异与蒙古族EH可能无相关性。
