摘要
目的观察苦丁茶提取物对D-乳糖致衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力及抗氧化能力的影响。方法 40只小鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,低剂量组处理组(10 g/kg),高剂量组处理组(20 g/kg),0.8%D-gal皮下注射6 w建立衰老小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予不同剂量苦丁茶提取物。6 w后用Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力,处死小鼠检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与模型组相比,不同剂量处理组小鼠学习记忆成绩均明显提高(P<0.05),脑组织SOD活力升高(P<0.05),MDA含量下降(P<0.05)。结论苦丁茶提取物可改善D-gal衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,其机制可能与其具有抗氧化能力有关。
Objective To observe effects of Ilex Kudingcha extracts on learning and memory function and antioxidative ability of aging model mice induced by D-galactose.Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into control,model,low dose treated(10 g/kg),high dose treated groups(20 g/kg).Senile model mice were established by D-galactose hypodermic injection for 6 weeks.The different doses of Ilex Kudingcha extracts had been administered to two therapy groups.After 6 weeks all the mice of different groups were tested with Morris water maze.Then the mice were killed and assayed of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the brain.Results All the treated mice showed better ability(P〈0.05) in learning and memory in comparison with model mice.The SOD activity in the brain increased(P〈0.05) and the MDA content decreased(P〈0.05) in comparison with model mice.Conclusions Ilex Kudingcha extracts improving the learning and memory dysfunction in aging model mice maybe by modulation of the anti-oxidative ability.
