辛伐他汀对脓毒症大鼠肝功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察辛伐他汀预处理大鼠行盲肠结扎及穿孔制作脓毒症模型后肝脏酶学的变化。方法对Wistar大鼠按辛伐他汀20 mg.kg-1.d-1的剂量干预14 d后行盲肠结扎及穿孔建立脓毒症模型,按照6、24 h和48 h分别留取血液标本,应用ELISA的方法检测血清谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)及谷氨酸脱氢酶(GLDH)水平。结果脓毒症模型大鼠血清GST及GLDH水平随时间进行性增高,辛伐他汀预处理后脓毒症大鼠血清GST及GLDH水平升高幅度明显下降(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀对脓毒症大鼠肝功能损伤具有一定程度保护作用。
