三项生化指标在急性冠脉综合征早期诊断中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 急性冠脉综合征是临床上的常见病、多发病。及时发现和鉴别心绞痛与早期心肌梗死对于病人的治疗和预后有着重要的意义。缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)作为与急性冠脉综合征相关的指标已逐渐在实验室开展起来。本研究通过对比试验发现MIA、cTnI、hs-CRP三项指标在急性冠脉综合征早期诊断中的意义。
