摘要
目的:考察红花黄色素粉针剂在家兔体内的药物动力学特征并获取相关的参数建立药时曲线方程。方法:采用家兔耳静脉给药,在不同的时间点取血并用高效液相色谱法测定其羟基红花黄色素A的含量。将药时数据用DAS2.1.1药动学软件进行药代动力学拟合获取全部参数。结果:红花黄色素粉针剂中的羟基红花黄色素A在家兔体内的药物动力学呈现三室模型的特征;其主要参数分别为结论:红花黄色素粉针剂在家兔体内向两个外周室的分布较慢,呈现一定的延时效应,为临床给药方案设计提供了科学依据。
Objective: To investigate pharmacokinetics characteristics of the powder injection of Honghua yellow pigment in the rabbit body, and to take the relative parameters and establish the equation of c-t curve. Method: After administering to ear side vein of rabbits, the blood samples were taken at the different time and the hydroxysafflor yellow A was determined by HPLC. All the pharmacokinetics parameters were taken with calculating the data by DAS2.1.1 pharmacokinetical software. Results: The hydroxysafflor yellow A in powder injection of Honghua yellow pigment displayed for 3 compartment in rabbit body, and the main parameters were Conclusion: It was slower that the powder injection of Honghua yellow pigment distributed to 2 periphery compartments, and showed prolonging effect. And so the scientific basis was offered for administering projects in clinic.
