摘要
目的:观察糖尿病心肌病与早期扩张性心肌病心肌线粒体通透性转运孔开放程度异同。方法:30只Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组、糖尿病组及扩心病组。造模成功,提取心肌线粒体,检测线粒体PTP开放、膜电位及Ca2+转运。结果:MPTP开放检测吸光值糖尿病组最高,与对照组及扩心病组比较均有显著性差异,扩心病组与对照组比较,有显著性差异;Ca2+转运检测吸光值及膜电位Rh123荧光值糖尿病组与对照组比较,有显著性差异,扩心病组与对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论:糖尿病心肌病与早期扩张性心肌病线粒体MPTP呈高开放状态,前者显著高于后者,MPTP呈高开放状态可能是糖尿病心肌病与早期扩张性心肌病在线粒体能量代谢方面共同病理生理机制。

Conclusion Diabetic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy early mitochondrial MPTP showed a high open state, the former was significantly higher than the latter. Diabetic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy early in the mitochondrial energy metabolism that is a common pathophysiologic mechanism.
