参芪扶正注射液对晚期肺癌患者近期生存质量的影响

目的：观察参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对改善晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：以参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗100例晚期肺癌患者，并与单纯化疗50例作对照。观察治疗组和对照组患者治疗后的一般情况、生活质量和毒副反应。结果：治疗组患者的神疲乏力、食欲减退、疼痛和少气懒言、恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应低于对照组，治疗组患者的白细胞下降、及血小板下降的发生率，亦低于对照组。结论：参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌能减轻药物毒性，明显改善患者神疲乏力、食欲减退、疼痛和少气懒言等症状，并能提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To observe Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer patients to improve the quality of life. Methods： Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy was used to treat 100 patients with advanced lung cancer patients and compared with 50 patients of chemotherapy alone. Observed treatment group and compared group patients after the general quality of life and toxicity. Results： The fatigue, loss of appetite, pain, less gas lazy words, nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal reactions of the treatment group was lower than that of the compared group ,and the Occurrence of leukopenia and thrombocytopenia of the treatment group were also lower than that of the compared group. Conclusion： Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer can reduce drug toxicity, improve the patients’ fatigue, loss of appetite, pain, and less gas lazy words and other symptoms obviously, and improve the quality of life of patients.
