血液透析患者并发症护理及预防分析

目的：探讨护理干预对血液透析患者并发症的影响，并提出预防措施。方法：选取我院2007年9月~2010年2月收治的120例行血液透析治疗患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例），对照组患者采用常规护理，治疗组患者采用整体护理，比较两组患者并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果：治疗组患者并发症发生率低、护理满意度高与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：对血液透析患者进行综合护理，能降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量，值得在临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention of complications in patients on hemodialysis, and propose preventive measures. Methods： in our hospital in September 2007 ~ February 2010, 120 were treated dialysis routine clinical data of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the control group were treated with conventional care the treatment group were treated with holistic nursing care, complications were compared between two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results： The low rate of complications in patients treated with care and satisfaction is high compared with the control group were significantly （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated care of hemodialysis patients can reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient quality of life in clinical promotion.
